Donna (Allen) Clark

Donna (Allen) Clark, age 80, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 surrounded by the love of family and friends. Donna was born March 16, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Dora Deerburg Allen. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Larry; their three children, Luanna Clark (Jeff), Jeanette Clark Boland (Nick), and David Clark (Robin); grandchildren, Erin Boland Liparota (Matt), Rob Boland (Sarah), and Will Boland; brothers, Robert Allen (Linda) and Ben Allen (Pat) with whom she and Larry spent many good times. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dora and her grandson, Steven McFarland.

Donna loved being a mother, caregiver, and homemaker and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with family and friends. She loved being a grandmother, her grandchildren were the joy and light of her life. Faith and her church family played a big part in her life. She was a past member for many years of Zion United Church of Christ in Indianapolis and is a current member of Christ Indianapolis United Methodist Church. Donna loved to read and learn. Together with Larry, she enjoyed exploring the state of Indiana with frequent visits to the state parks and wildlife areas to enjoy nature. Going on redbud drives was something she looked forward to every spring. Donna possessed a quiet strength and led her life with determination, kindness, and grace. She will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.

A Memorial Service for Donna will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46237, followed by a Memorial Visitation from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Donna will be laid to rest in Acton Cemetery, Acton, Indiana.
