104, of Indianapolis, departed this life February 4, 2014. She was born January 25, 1910 in Raymond, Illinois to Kirby and Murta Jacobs Mitts. Dot was a member of Franklin Road Baptist Church. She is survived by her children Phyllis Gentry, Kathleen Murphy, Thomas, Dan and Richard Murphy, 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis Murphy. Visitation will be Saturday, February 8 from 10 – 11 am at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary with a funeral services at 11 am. Burial will be in Hooker Cemetery, Wildwood, Georgia, on May 24, 2014.
