Edith worked in housekeeping retiring after 25 years with Merchants National Bank however, not ready to sit at home, she continued to work until she was 81 with Delta Airlines. She was also a member of First United Evangelical Church.
Edith is survived by her children; Tim (Carey) Grafe and Ricky Taylor, sister-in-laws; Trish and Donna Hall, grandchildren; Chuck, Kathy, Jessica, and David Allen Terry, Russell Grafe and Timmy Grafe, Jr., and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son; Charles D. Taylor and brothers; Robert, William and Joe Hall.
Her family is planning a Memorial Gathering at a later date. She will be laid to rest at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Gainesboro, TN.
