Eddie was the son of Reba and Ora Plummer and the widower of Dorothy Elizabeth. He was pre-deceased by his sister, Charlene Plummer.
He served our country in both WWII and the Korean War as a Navy SeaBee and was instrumental in organizing the yearly seabee reunions for the 115th Batallion
Eddie was a devoted member of Victory Memorial Methodist Church for 40 years and developed many lasting friendships before retiring to Florida in 1992. He was a Master Mason of Indianapolis Masonic Lodge # 669.
He is survived by his son, Edward E. Plummer; daughter-in-law Nancy; grandchildren Michael E. Plummer and Michele Denisen and four great grandchildren D.J. Archie, Mallory and Metea Denisen and Evan Edward Plummer.
A graveside service will be held Friday October 7, 2011 at 1:00 PM in Concordia Cemetery in Indianapolis
