62, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully on August 10, 2020. Larry was born August 2, 1958 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of the late Emory L. Cozee, Sr. and Deanna Ramsey Lyon. Larry was a carpenter for many years. Larry was loved and respected by many. He was known for his kind heart, good humor and being your life long friend. Larry is survived by his fiancé, Krystyna "Krysy" Mateja-Simpson; children, Jamianne and Jeremiah Cozee; special family, Joseph and Maria Mateja, Kirstyn Mateja and Kevin Nadeau; brothers, John and Terry Cozee; sister, Dena Matthews and 3 grandchildren; Bennett Cozee, Jaxson Mateja-Nadeau and Alexander Mateja-Nadeau. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 29, 2020, at Lions Club Park, 3201 Tansel Road, Indianapolis, IN 46234 at 4:00pm. Prayer service 5:30 followed by dinner at 6:00pm. All are welcome.
