Ms. Fredericka Leona Slack, 55, Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on April 24, 2016.She had been a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church, Noblesville, Indiana.She was preceded in death by her mother, Vetrea Davidson-Slack. She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, father, Rev. Frederick Slack (Janice Ann); daughters, Janet Peebles (Nikko) and Anaesha Whitaker (Paul); sisters: Vetrea Slack-Ruffin (Paul), Dountonia Batts (Dr. Ramon Batts) and Dyanna Slack; brothers: Frederick Slack, Jr. (Debra), Robert Slack (Margaret), Derrick Slack (Taria) and Derrin Slack (Kala) and one grand child and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Saturday, May 7, 2016, 9am - 11am with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am in Coppin Chapel A.M.E. Church. The interment will immediately follow in Washington Park North Cemetery.
