Fredrick Earl Shaw Jr, age 40, passed away unexpectedly at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis, IN on February 17, 2025 due to complications from a heart attack. Born May 6, 1984 in Coldwater, MI. Beloved father, always saying being a father was the best thing he ever did. An avid off-road enthusiast, loved hitting the trails with his jeep, camping and spending time with close friends and family. “Freddie” was known for his big heart, always willing to help, and be there for others. He especially enjoyed family gatherings at the holidays.
Survived by daughter, Kassidy RiChelle Shaw of Battle Creek, MI. Son, Justin Hicks of Coldwater, MI. Father Fredrick Shaw Sr. of Coldwater, MI. Sister, Kayla (Josh) McEvoy of Angola, IN. Sister, Brandi (Jeremiah) King of Ashley, IN. Brother, Brandon (Ali) of Butler, IN. Brother, Darin (Jess) from Coldwater, MI. And many nieces and nephews. Loved by many and will be dearly missed. Preceded in death by Mother, Rhonda Shaw, Grandparents, Uncles Dan Cleckner and Don Cleckner.
