Obituary of Howard Ray Wood
Howard Ray Wood, 85, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2015. He was born in Washington, Indiana and retired in Ellenton, Florida after enjoying serving his boat, bait and tackle customers at That Place in Clermont located in Clermont, Indiana for over thirty years. Howard is survived by his wife Donna, daughters: Jeanne (Fred) Lott, Donna (Robert) Waldren, Patti (Jon) Davis, step daughter Kathleen (Bob) McNutt, 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, whom he adored. He is survived by his brother, Kenneth. His sister, Virginia and brother, Donald, are deceased. Howard enjoyed Bluegrass music, his model train, playing games, square dancing, model airplanes, World War I and II airplanes. He was loved dearly by his family and friends and will be sorely missed. He will be forever in our hearts. A Celebration of Howard’s life will be Saturday, July 18 at 1:30 pm at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary, 2126 East 71st Street, Indianapolis with visitation from 11 am until service time.
