

Hugh Van Fossan III was born to Dorthy Van Fossan and Hugh Marcus Van Fossan Jr. on October 8, 1947. He graduated from Ben Davis High School. Van was married to the love of his life Jacquline Anthony-Hardy for over 45+ years. He worked as a security supervisor for Pinkerton Security for several years. He was a veteran of The Vietnam War where he served two tours of duty and served in the United States Navy. In the 1990’s Van started his own boat cleaning service. He loved fishing, working on cars, cutting grass, western movies and
Motown.
Hugh Van Fossan III is preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Kristen Bellamy.
Van is survived by his wife, Jacquline Anthony-Hardy; daughters, Kathy Ford, Tonya Newbolt, Andrea Newbolt, Kim Newbolt; grandchildren, Heather Walton, Robert Wade Jr., Amber Young, Brian Young, Clint French, Semaj Smith, Terron Newbolt, Derrick French, Brandon
Newbolt; great-grandchildren, Nicke Turner, Robert Wade III, Aniya Walton, Alise Walton, Jordan Wade, Khiase Bellamy, Cortez Bellamy, Briana Young, Ta’Khyia Smith, Brian Young Jr., Natalie French, Autumn Young, Milan Smith, Serenity Wade, Payton French, Zavier French, and Salem French; great-great grandchildren, Princeton Walton and Nicke Turner Jr.
