

JAMES E. WEAVER, JR. (Jim), son of James E. and Lorene Weaver Sr., was born July 4, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan.
In his youth, James was taught by his father the family business as an apprenticed plumber known as 'Weaver's Electrical Plumbing Service" and at the age of 16 he became an entrepreneur in the family business.
After college James relocated to Chicago. ILL for several years before moving to Anderson, Indiana with his sister Cynthia Hyatt and finally made his home in Indianapolis/Fishers, Indiana
JAMES Weaver, MBA, JD, LEED AP, BD+C attended and graduated from Cass Technical High School, received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with honors at the University of Detroit in 1987. In 2001 he received a Master's in Business Administration-Finance at Ball State University; as well as earning a Juris Law Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law that same year.
JAMES was Vice President and Head of Design-Aire Energy Division. James worked closely with his colleagues, often taking additional time to educate and share knowledge with others. His intelligence and sense of humor brought brightness to all those around him.
JAMES has been a keynote speaker and member of the American Society of Heating and Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, National Association of Power Engineers, American Energy Engineers, Green Building Coalition, and the U.S. Green Building Council;
On August 24, 1996 James married the love of his life Kimberly Hiser. To this union one daughter Jessica Elaine Weaver (Sunshine) was born in October 2001.
JAMES accepted Christ at an early age at the eight (8) at Timothy Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan. He was a former member of the New Haven Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of his late father-in-law Rev. Dr. Raymond F. Hiser and was a faithful and dedicated member of the Senior Usher Ministry. James became a member of Inspiration Church & Ministries Inc., on September 10, 2017.
JAMES transitioned to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, January 29, 2018, at home after an extended illness at the age of 53.
JAMES is survived by his beloved and supportive wife of 21 years, Kimberly, daughter Jessica; parents James E. and Lorene Weaver Sr., Sisters: Cynthia (Pastor Larry A.) Hyatt, Anderson, IN; Shirley-Parks (Michael) Yopp, Detroit, Michigan and JoAnn (Oree) Rhodes, Palmetto, Georgia. Nieces and Nephews: Ciara and William Casey Jr., Anderson, IN.; Cameron Parks and Michael Yopp Jr., Detroit, MI.; Erika, Janelle, Oree IV and Jordan Rhodes of Palmetto, GA. First cousin, Russell Williams; childhood and long-time friends, David Carpenter, Anthony Philyaw, Jerome Flowers, and Parris Turner; a multitude of great-aunts, uncles, cousins, great niece and great nephew; loving Mother-in-Law, Mrs. Virginia Hiser, and dog Onyx.
JAMES, a devoted family man, enjoyed fishing, traveling/vacationing (especially Florida) with his family, daily father-daughter heart to heart conversations with Jessica and Sunday conversations with his father.
JAMES was a dedicated husband, father, son brother, uncle, cousin and friend He is dearly loved and will be deeply missed. Although James has departed this earthly world his legacy will live on in all of us
