76, of Indianapolis, passed way on February 2, 2021. Janet was born to the late Earl and Florence Willenberg on September 4, 1944. Janet retired from Farm Bureau Insurance in 2010. She graduated in 1962 from Beech Grove High School. Janet loved music and watching movies, new and old. She enjoyed sewing, reading and spending time with family.

Janet is survived by her sister; Norma Word, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Ray Collins.

Visitation will be held at Little and Sons Stop Eleven Chapel on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 11:00am-1:00pm. Funeral Services for Janet will be immediately following at 1:00pm, followed by burial at Concordia Cemetery.

In an effort to keep everyone safe masks are required to be worn in the Funeral Home at all times.
