Born on January 8, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana and passed away on May 19, 2025
She was preceded by her parents James E and Helen Marie Hadley Jackson and brother James R Jackson. She is survived by sister Jeanne (William) Brady, niece Laura (Jim Shaffer) Brady, nephew Geoff (Jenelle) Brady, grandnephew James and grandniece Scarlett.
She was a graduate of Bishop Chatard High School and maintained many long-time alumni friends. Janet had a B.A. in French from Marian College. She cared deeply for her dogs and cats that provided her with much comfort.
Memorial visitation for Janet will begin at 10:00am Tuesday, June 3rd at Christ the King Catholic Church (5884 Crittenden Ave.) followed by Requiem Mass at 10:30am. Inurnment follows at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
