79, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 3, 2017. Jerry will be dearly missed by his children, Debbie Pardieke and Joe (Michelle) Hazel; his grandchildren, Ashley Dishon, Emory Pardieke, and Darcy Pardieke; and his sisters, Pat Sink and Linda Maston. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rex. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 12pm until the time of service at 2pm at Family Funeral Care.
