Joe was preceded in death by his parentsWalter Cooper and Mary Jackson Cooper; brother, John Cooper; son-in-law Andre Miller.Joe leaves to cherish his memories wife, Linda Cooper; daughters, Angelina Cooper, Cheryl Cooper-Miller, Jodessa Cooper and Talisha Rose-Cooper; brothers, James Cooper, Frank Cooper and Cardell Cooper; 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren a host of other family members and friends.
