His father, William Langston, mother, Zella Greggs preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Geneva Langston, sons, Michael D. Byrd (Mary), John A. Langston, daughters, Rhonda Turner, Zella D. Yates (James), Ikkina Hart, 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, host of other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2015, 9am-11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at TrueVine Missionary Baptist Church. His burial will take place in New Crown Cemetery.
