I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Judy through Special Olympics,  Crossroads and at VSA.  Her staff always took such good care of her and made her smile. She was a character!! I always loved seeing her fun bright pink outfits, and she had the cutest shoes.  It is nice to see the entries and the obituary to know she was loved so much by her family.

Precious Memories I carry with me and have reflected on many times throughout the years.  The stories and family gatherings that we all had as children are planted deep within me.  We all have our own special times and growing up with Judy was the best.  Not knowing as a child she had special needs, she was one of us kids.  Listening to Grandma telling some of her doing's over the years and how at times was so intense and funny, full of life.  Some of the most remembered times.  When Judy took her first ride in my friends convertible.  At the end of the ride her hair was standing straight up she was loving it and then wouldn't get out of the car until we went again.  Still had to bribe her with ice cream to get her out of the car.  Another time, when she was watching a woman prison movie and was so involved with them cutting off the women's hair she took it upon herself to cut her's also.  Wow, Grandma was mortified and made her wear a wig at church until it grew back. All her outfits and costumes she came up with, such imagination and love.  Grandma & Grandpa are waiting with open arms.  God blessed us all with a beautiful soul.  Love you Aunt Judy.  I also want to let Uncle Bub and the rest of the family, cousins, caregivers. just  how grateful we are for all their love & support taking care of Judy.  It is beyond words, it takes a very special person to handle the needs and care giving of family members on a daily basis.  I'm so proud and thankful that you are a part of our family. We love and cherish all of you.  God Bless You.

Judy, we shall miss you at our Hollis Adams Foundation square dances - you were always so sweet to have as a participant! God bless you.

Judy was one of our favorite students at Friendship Bible study at King of Glory church and she was greatly missed during her illness.. I especially loved to watch her relationship with her caregiver, Lettie-  Judy was so happy with her. Judy's love for chocolate was well known and Dick Otto made sure she had chocolate pudding for her snack every week.  My favorite story was when Santa visited our class.  Judy hid her face behind a paper and told me "I don't like that man!". Judy let her light shine and we will miss her. Wishing peace to her friends and family.

You were the bravest & most loved person that ever blessed our lives! So happy that you are in Heaven with Mama & Papa! We will miss your shenigans & quick-witted quips that kept us all smiling! God bless you, Aunt Judy for bringing us such joyous memories! Love you forever!
