46, passed away November 20 2012. She was born January 23, 1966 in Noblesville, Indiana. Kathy is survived by her mother, Clara Duckworth Rogers, children, Jeremy Rogers, Frankie Niper, Zameon Niper, sisters, Liza Hebert, Ruth Keenan, grandson Nicholas Rogers, partner Mike Veilands. She is preceded in death by her father Clarence B. Rogers. A Memorial Celebration of Kathy’s Life will be Saturday December 1, from 12 – 4 pm at 1717 Randall Road, Indianapolis.
