Linda Lee (Parke) Carter, 67, of Indianapolis, passed away July 5, 2021. She was born in Indianapolis the daughter of Joseph and Joann Hardy. She was a housewife and loved spending time with family, eating out, playing cards and watching movies. Linda Loved her many fur babies over the years.
Linda is survived by her sons, Robert J. Carter and his wife Tara and Michael Carter and his wife Lisa Head; A step daughter, Loramee Downing; 2 grandchildren, Jordynne Lee and Kaitlyn Lee; 2 sisters, Kathy Brown and Glenda Portell.
