Lula M. Allen

Born December 22, 1946, in Muncie, she was the beloved daughter of James and Ella Mae Allen and a proud graduate of Muncie Central High School, Class of 1964 and attended Ball State University.

Lula was known for her bubbly personality, humor, kindness, and deep devotion to family and friends. Her joyful spirit and infectious laughter brought light to every room she entered. She lived a life rooted in faith, compassion, and love—always ready to offer a smile, a kind word, or a helping hand.

She is survived by her sister, Beverly Allen Cousin (Bruce) of West Bloomfield, MI, and her brother, James Michael Allen (Judy) of Indianapolis, IN and along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Shelly K. Allen.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 31st at 11am at Oasis of Hope Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN.

Lula Mae Allen will be remembered for her warmth, humor, and the joy she brought to everyone around her.
