100, of Indianapolis, died December 15, 2012. Marjorie was born February 24, 1912 the daughter of John and Bessie Meyer. Marjorie lived a vibrant life enjoying vacations and theater, but her greatest love was always her family. She was a member and Lector at Little Flower Catholic Church, Gamma Phi Alpha Sorority, Catholic Theater Guild, Epilogue Players and the Indianapolis Hiking Club. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 18, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 19, 10:30 am at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Little Flower Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles W. Johnson, her parents and brother: Msgr. John Meyer. She is survived by her daughters: Sylvia Johnson, Judy Gapp, Jean (Joel) DeVore and Joanne Johnson, sons: Charles W. Jr. (Alice), John and Jerry (Melanie) Johnson, 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Little Flower Catholic Church.
