Michael is survived by his parents; Michael and Denise Chadwick, brother; Ethan Chadwick, grandmother; Merilyn Brooks, aunts; Dawn Dwelle and Edna Yates, uncles; Ronald and Donald Brooks, Michael Yates, cousins; Chad Brooks, Kayla Porter, and cousins: Cameron, Cadyn, Everett, Colin and Cheyenne Brooks, Ava Shoulders, Sophia Savage, Sylvan, Maris, Charles (Angela) Yates, Hunter, Tristan, Brian and Matthew Yates. He is preceded in death by his grandfather; Dennis Brooks, aunt; Lisa Williams and his cousin; Brooke Shoulders.
A visitation for Michael will be held Monday, February 24, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
Michael will be laid to rest in Floral Park Cemetery, 425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222.
