Stephen A. Bailey, 53, Indianapolis, passed away October 27, 2009. Services: 1 pm Monday November 2, 2009 in the Peace Chapel at Crown Hill with visitation from 11am.
He was the son of the late William A. Sr. and Minnie E. Lewis Bailey. He graduated from Arsenal Tech High School and attended Indiana University.
His brothers, William A. (Rhonda) Bailey, Ricky Bailey; sisters, Patricia (Ken) White, Brenda (Tommy) White, Shelia Bailey and Rene Luster survive him.
