He graduated from the Herron School of Art and served in the US Army. Early on he worked in Graphic Design then for INDOT for over 18 years. He had a strong inspiration for life, learning, education and knowledge. Len was a member of the 500 Earth Science Club and enjoyed collecting, teaching and sharing his passion for the hobby with others. He also enjoyed Iconography and his membership in Friends of Mineralogy.
He was a member of St. Michael's and it meant a lot to him to give back to his community and others who were less fortunate. He loved the outdoors and periodically went on walks at Eagle Creek to observe nature. Len also collected and documented stamps and enjoyed researching the actual history behind each of them. Most of all, he was a loving husband, kind father and loyal friend.
