Mr. Jesse Leonard Tibbs, Jr., 63, Indianapolis, passed away on August 1, 2016. He was employed in Environmental Services with City Janitorial Company at the City County Building. Jesse leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, children: Jessel L. Tibbs, III, Shereese Tibbs and Toni Tibbs; siblings: Frankie Tibbs, Sr., Helen Tibbs, Darcell Tibbs, Stephanie Tibbs and Roseann Tibbs; 4 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Thursday, August 11, 2016, 10am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm in Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
