Joseph Harry Pyatt 83. Carmel passed away Thursday November 6, 2008. Harry was born June 13, 1925 in Indianapolis the son of William Wilson and Pearl Zetta (Cohorn) Pyatt. . He was a graduate of Washington High School and an Army Veteran of WWII. He was a retired pattern maker for International Harvester. His memberships include Evergreen Oriental Masonic Lodge #500, American Legion Post #500, Danville Conservation Club, World War Two Roundtable, Homeplace WWII Library and he enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting and camping. His wife Betty Jean (Housefield) Pyatt, his parents and two brothers Robert and Walter preceded Harry in death. Survivors include his son Larry J. Pyatt,and wife Ginger, siblings William Pyatt and Mary Russell, four grandchildren, Tony, Terry, Todd, & Brittany Pyatt, four great grandchildren Lily Jade and Hunter Nathaniel Pyatt and Michael and Brittany Clark. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 10, 2008 in Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 West 38th Street with visitation from 12:30-2:00 pm. Entombment will follow in the Field of Valor Mausoleum of Crown Hill Cemetery. Masonic services will precede the funeral 1:30 pm.
