Mrs. Arma Jean Miller-Rabb, 64, Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on October 24, 2016. She was a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the Usher Board. She also retired from Thompson Consumer Electronics. Arma was preceded in death by her parents, John and Geneva Newton and daughter, Terry Nicole Newton.Arma leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Mr. Artis Rabb; children: Ricky Newton (Pangie), Clement Miller and Darnell Miller (Ira); siblings: Jerleen Rascoe, Blanche Moore and Sea Newton; 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Saturday, November 5, 2016, 10am - 12pm with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. The interment will immediately follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
