Indianapolis, passed away on February 12, 2011. She was born September 26, 1926 to John and Margaret Townsend. "Deanie," as she was affectionately known, was one of nine brothers and sisters.
She lovingly and diligently cared for numerous children in her daycare center on Kenwood Avenue, which she owned and operated for over twenty years. She was also a member of Light of the World Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Cobb, Sr.; and daughter, Elizabeth D. Thomas.
She is survived by her sons, Arthur Jr. (CJ), Alfonso (Sheila) and Andrew Sr. (Margaret); seven siblings; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
