Mrs. Essie Mae Clemons, 93, Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on the morning of March 9, 2017. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Church. Essie retired, after many years, from RCA. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Grimes and Joerelma Bridges; husband, Walter Clemons; siblings, Phyllis Davenport and William Bridges.She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, grandchild, Donna Davenport; great grandchildren: Danielle Edmondson, Darnell May and Lavelle Davenport; great great grandchildren: Joyce Etheridge, Remya Woods and Kamya May and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Friday, March 17, 2017, 9am - 11am, with the homegoing celebration commencing at 11am at Mt. Carmel Church. The interment will immediately follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
