84, Indianapolis, died at home May 1, 2013. Born January 4, 1929 in Winfield, Kansas to the late Rev. E.T. and Grace Franklin. She graduated from Fort Wayne Northside H.S. in 1946, and Indiana University in 1950, where she was a cheerleader and a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
Jo established her family with the late Robert L. Jones Jr, Indiana State legislator, with whom she started Faith Congregation in Indianapolis. She was active in Women's Aglow Fellowship and a member of the Propylaeum Club. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Andrea Lynne Jones, and is survived by her sons Robert L. (Dawn), Thomas F. (Terri), Richard B. (Karen), Douglas A. (Laurie); 5 granddaughters: Jessica Greenholt (Michael), Leslie Jones, Robin Jones, Heather Jones, and Melissa Jones.
In 1983 Jo married the late John "Buzz" Dulley of Bucks, England, an International Director of the FGBMFI with whom she started Carpenter's Arms Church in Deal, England. She leaves behind three step-daughters Rose, Sarah and Lucy. In 2006 she married George F. Harrington, leaving behind step-children Steve, and Charlotte Pitts (Scott).
