Mrs. Lillie Belle Thomas-Manuel, 79, Indianapolis, passed away on June 3, 2017. The visitation is Saturday, June 10, 2017, 10am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm at Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church. The interment will immediately follow in Washington Park North Cemetery.
