Constance L. Welch 59 of Indianapolis passed away April 24, 2009. Constance was born in Indianapolis on November 27, 1949, the daughter of the late Cornelius Matthews and Delores (Killibrew) Richardson. Constance was a graduate of Crispus Attucks High School and was a clerk for the U. S. Postal System for 35 years. She was member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church and previously of Loving MBC. Constance is survived by her son, Victor J. Welch and wife Maria, four sisters, Glenda D. Richardson , Irene L. Courts, Valencia E. Richardson and Sonya Z. Scott , two brothers, Adrian T. Richardson and Aaron V. Richardson and seven grandchildren. Brothers, Gregory and Malcolm Richardson and her parents preceded her in death. Funeral Services will be in Crown Hill Funeral Home, at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 1, 2009 where friends may call from 11:30 until service time.
