Nancy Rae Smoot-Cochran, age 75, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Sunday August 12, 2018. Nancy was born January 18, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Vietta F Smoot and Donald R Smoot.

Nancy is survived by; daughter Tracy (Brian) Perisho; brother Robert (Linda) Smoot; grandson Zachary Perisho, grandson Brandon Perisho and granddaughter Meghan Perisho.

Nancy was preceded in death by; father Donald R Smoot and mother Vietta F Smoot.

A celebration of life for Nancy will be held Friday, August 17, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224.
