90, of Franklin Twp., passed away February 6, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Robert E. Smith; her children, Earlene (Jeff) Cougill, Shirley (Ron) Spangler, Dennis (Patti) Smith and Marcia (Carl) Aikman; sister, Florabel Willsey; 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Nina was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Ethel Wheatley; brothers, Ned, Don and Jack Wheatley; and granddaughter, Shonda Cuppy. Nina was a member of Delta Sigma Kappa Sorority, New Bethel Baptist Church, and Life Member of Acton Eastern Star. She volunteered as a pink lady with Community Hospital Auxiliary for 23 years and was co-owner of Bob Smith Construction Co. for 25 years. Visitation will be Monday, February 10, 2014 from 4-7 pm with a Funeral Service Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 1 pm at Little and Sons Stop Eleven Chapel.
