

Patsy passed peacefully in her sleep at home surrounded
by her family at the age of 84 on July 26th. She celebrated
life with Frank, her loving husband of 63 years, her
three children - David, Walt, and Karen; five grandchildren - Laura,
Mindy, Evan, Davey, and Andrew; and four great grandchildren - JoseyAnn,
KoraLynn, Seton, and Lilly. She was loved and will be missed by
Judy, Jenny, Mike, Gary, Heidi, and Kaylee, as well as her many
extended family members and friends at the ISC and IMA.
Patsy was born on September 21st, 1930 to Edward and Helen
Hanlon of Kentucky.
Patsy was a Distinguished Alumni of Arsenal Tech High School (1948)
and President of Dormitory at Indiana University (1952). She was a
Girl Scout Leader, Dosant at the Indianapolis Museum of Art
for 10 years and a member of the Indianapolis Sailing Club for
25 years, receiving the Outstanding Service Award in 2002.
Patsy made numerous philanthropic contributions to the
Indianapolis community including Purdue University, Indianapolis
Museum of Art, Eitlejorge Museum, Golisano Children's Hospital of
Southwest Florida, and the Walter E. Hiatt PU Engineering Technology
Educational Scholarship. Patsy and Frank spent many years at
Lake Wawasee, Geist Reservoir, and winters in Sanibel, FL.
