He retired as a Dietary Porter from Wishard Memorial Hospital and was a member of Barnes United Methodist Church.
Perry leaves to celebrate his life, wife, Helen Crabtree; children: Tyrone Crabtree, Dexter Bass, Perry Crabtree, Jr. and Tamkio Bass; 6 grandchildren and a host of extended and loving family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Friday, October 24, 2014, 11am - 1pm, with the Homegoing Service at 1pm at Barnes United Methodist Church.
