Phillip Duane Caudill

Phillip Duane Caudill passed away January 20, 2022. Phillip was born on March 20,1956 to Bruce and Dortha (Bailey) Caudill.

Phillip graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in 1974. He retired from the Dietary Department after 35 years at Community Hospital. Phillip had a love of music and played the piano and organ. He looked forward to traveling to Florida when possible.

Phillip is survived by his brothers, Kenric (Barbara), Gordon, Steven (Debbie), Richard (Jason) and numerous nephews and nieces.

A private service will be held with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Donations may be made in his memory to the Damien Center, 26 N. Arsenal Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46201.
