He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife, Delores Booker, sons, Robert M. Gates (Nicole), Steven L. Gates, daughter, Tajuana L. Booker, brothers, Carl A. Booker (Melinda), Melvin King Booker (Sharon),sisters, Eva Jackson, Shirley J. Williams (James), Beverly A. Boyd (Walter), 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, March 22, 2014, 10am-11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at God's Grace Communty Church.
