passed away April 9, 2009. He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Cheryl Dabbs; son, Richard Dabbs, Jr.; daughters, Sherrise Dabbs, Jaki (Charles) Andrews; step-children, David Richmond, Michelle Richmond, April Richmond; 3 grandchildren and a host of beloved relatives.Services will be held Friday, April 17, 2009 at the Eastern Star Baptist Church, with visitation from 9:30-11 AM and serivce immediately following. Burial in Washington Park North Cemetery.
