Richard E. Hunt

Born on May 9, 1949 to the late Lacy Sr. and Priscilla Hunt in Chicago, IL. A man of strong faith, after moving to Indianapolis Hunt faithfully served the Lord as a member of St. John AME Church.

Hunt went home to the Lord on December 6, 2012.

Hunt was employed at M&M Trucking Company as a truck driver.

Richard E. Hunt leaves behind a wife, Donna Hunt; his children of a previous marriage to Patricia Hunt; daughters, Ena and Artisse Hunt; son Richard J Hunt and daughter, Shayla Taylor (Romel); Ladonna Edwards(Raymond); grandchildren Demetrius Lawson, A'issa Reese, Joslyn Cunningham, Jasmin Davis, Janaye Bond, Regina Taylor, granddaughter DeAndra Burt; great granddaughter Kassidy Hutcherson; siblings Lacy Hunt II (Willa), Harold Hunt (Diane), LT Hunt (Deborah), Andrew Hunt, Robert Hunt (Loretta) and Jeanette Bailey. Hunt is preceded in death by his father Lacy Hunt Sr., mother, Priscilla Hunt, brother, William “Chuck” Bailey, sister, Rose Bailey and sister-in-law, Toledo Hunt.

Visitation will be at 12:00 p.m and immediately followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m on Saturday, December 15th, at St. John AME Church, 1669 Columbia Ave, Indpls, IN. Burial will be at New Crown Cemetery.
