Rodney was a proud graduate of Ben Davis High School, where he was active in both academics and athletics. He remained on the honor roll and participated in wrestling, track and field, and TV/broadcasting—where he discovered a lasting passion for photography. That passion became a calling, and Rodney was rarely seen without his camera, capturing moments big and small, especially for his siblings’ special events.
From a young age, Rodney was drawn to sports, starting with T-ball and little league football. His athleticism and dedication carried through to his teenage years, but what stood out even more was his maturity, strong sense of responsibility, and deep love for family. Rodney had the heart of a protector, the spirit of an old soul, and the demeanor of a natural leader—especially in his role as a big brother.
Rodney’s love for music was equally deep. Inspired by his father, uncles, grandfathers, and cousins, he began experimenting with sound, merging creativity with talent to express himself through lyrics and beats. Whether through a lens or a melody, Rodney found ways to connect with others and share his unique perspective on life.
Most recently, Rodney worked at Altec Industries as a Paint Preparer. Before that, he earned multiple certifications and worked diligently as a TrueLaser Operator at O’Neal Steel. Even as a young adult, Rodney was known for his work ethic, responsibility, and determination to succeed.
Rodney passed away on May 26, 2025, at just 23 years old, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, talent, and unforgettable memories. He was a young man of integrity, thoughtfulness, and warmth—loved deeply by everyone who knew him. Truly, no one had a bad word to say about him.
He is survived by his loving parents: Father: Rodney L. Beeler Jr. (Tamika Beeler) Mother: Alexandria Farrington Siblings: Sister – Amaya Beeler Brothers – Jayson Beeler, Caleb Beeler, Rylan Farrington, and Camden Boggan Grandparents: Rodney and Lori Beeler Patrick and Diane Allen William and Karen Farrington.
