Roy was a truck driver for 31 years, retiring in 2000.
He is survived by his children: Tina Sanders and Carol Hunter, 5 grandchildren: Krystal, Tonya, April, Kaitlin and Race and 4 great grandchildren: Destiny, Julian, Jasmine and Brooks. He is preceded in death by his parents, son: Roy L. Sanders, Jr. and a sister: Mary Lou McKinney.
A memorial gathering for Roy will be held Saturday, December 31, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Family Funeral Care-Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224, with a memorial service at 6:00 PM.
