Shanthia Jackson

Shanthia Jackson, the tenth child of eighteen, was born in Chicago Illinois on September 5th, 1974 to Robert Jackson and Doris Jackson who preceded her in death. Her brothers Kevin Robinson and Anton Robinson also preceded her in death.

Shanthia accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of Pastor Doris Jackson. Shanthia attended Wadsworth Elementary School, Hyde Park Career Academy High School, and Kennedy King College all in Chicago Illinois.

Shanthia was full of love, compassion, and life, she was always there for her family. Shan loved listing to her nephew’s music (GrindTyme), she also loved the L.A lakers, her favorite player was Koby Bryant. She was a strong believer of GOD and she loved all her family and friends.

Shanthia Jackson was called home to rest on Saturday, May 8th, 2021 at the age of 46.

Shanthia leaves to mourn and cherish her memories, a dedicated and life long companion, Captain Lee Williams; two daughters, Sharon Jackson and Khaliya Jackson; two sons, Keyshawn Jackson and Larry Jackson; her father Robert Jackson; seven brothers, Keith Robinson, Vincent Robinson (Ingrid), Robert Robinson, Jevon Jackson, Eric Jackson(Tasja), Robert Jackson Jr., and Christopher Jackson; eight sisters, Sharon Robinson, Stefanie Robinson, Saudia Green (Steve), Saronda Jackson, Sucretia Jackson, Eteria Jackson, Althea Jackson and Octavia Harris; two grandchildren, Harmoni Parr and Malasjia Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunties, and close friends.
