She was born on January 16, 1956 to parents Jay & Maude Looper. Sheila graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1974. She married William D. Combs on February 27, 1981.
Sheila worked for Chase Bank for 35 years. She met and had many co-workers and friends there.
Sheila was preceded in death by her parents Jay & Maude Looper, her husband "Doug", and infant sister Brenda Looper.
Sheila is survived by her sons Stephen D. & Matthew G. Combs, brothers Larry (Shirley) Looper, and Steve (Suzi) Looper, aunt Bessie Looper, cousins Judy Clevenger, Cheri Rutherford of Oakridge, TN, Janie (Bill) Cain of Somerset, KY, Bryant (Karen) Looper, and Bill Looper of Atlanta, GA, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to the Cancer Society Hendricks Regional Oncology.
