Teresa C. Collins, 55, Indianapolis, passed away on October 9, 2017. Teresa had been a Secretary with the State of Indiana, Department of Social Services Administration for over 25 years. The visitation only, is Tuesday, October 17, 2017, 12pm - 2pm at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. The burial is in New Crown Cemetery.
