William Francis Crimmins

William Francis Crimmins, age 86, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021. William was born February 26, 1934 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Eva V (Rankin) Crimmins and William F Crimmins. Bill loved bowling, playing pinochle, and watching sports. Bill is preceded in death by his first wife, Joan Crimmins, his late wife, Doris Crimmins, and his sister, Evalyn J Williams. He was a member of Telephone Pioneers and had a long career with Western Electric. Bill was very active as a volunteer and supporting the American Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, Prison Ministry, and Special Olympics. He was a recipient of the Jefferson Award. He is survived by his children, Pat Leuteritz (Bob), Bill Crimmins (Corky), Paul Crimmins (Kelly), and Donna Crimmins; brother, Steve Cavanaugh; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life for Bill will be held on October 19 at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, 1505 N. Delaware Street in Indianapolis.
