She is survived by 1 daughter Denise Whittaker (Robert), 2 brothers Henry Bennett, Cleon D. Jackson, 2 sisters Doristeen G. Green, Gertrude Green, 3 grandchildren and 1 nephew. She is preceded in death by father H.L. McGruder and mother Hilda McGruder, 1 sister Lucille Stewart.
