Victor entered into eternal rest on April 13, 2016 at The Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, NY, he was 71. Beloved husband of Rosemary Ruggiero. Loving brother of the late Carol Covello and her husband the late Raymond, the late Anthony Ruggiero and his wife Lillian and the late Barbara Isolde and her husband the late Ralph. May he rest in peace.
