Cleve was born July 9, 1936 in Covington County to Cleveland Sr. and Nora Brewer. He enjoyed his coffee and watching Billy Graham classics, as well as, hunting, fishing and enjoying time with his family in the Smoky Mountains.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Linda, and daughter, Sondra Brewer.
He is survived by his son, Casey Brewer, and daughter, Donna Brewer.
Private family services were held and he was laid to rest at Lakewood Memorial Park South.
