Frances W. Magee, 79, loving mother and grandmother, passed away on Oct. 12th, 2013 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. Visitation will be Tuesday Oct. 15 from 5 to 7pm and her service will be Wednesday Oct. 16th at 11am at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home on High Street in Jackson MS. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park South. She was raised in Mount Olive, MS and moved to Jackson in 1952. She was a phone operator for several years and later retired from Mississipppi Baptist Medical Center. She was a lifelong member of Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Mount Olive, Mississippi. She was preceeded in death by her husband Jabus Rawls Magee and her son Roland Magee. She is survived by her sons Larry(Pam) and Bobby Magee and her daughter Mary(Michael) Wilson. She is also survived by her grandchildren Eric(Deidre), Sean and Ian Magee, Joshua and Michael Wilson III and Jennifer(Brian) Regan and great-grandaughter Erica Magee. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
