Julius George, 77, passed away on February 6, 2019. A memorial service will be held at Westhaven Blvd. Church of God on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 12 Noon.

George was born on June 13, 1941 in Philadelphia, MS. He was a simple man who enjoyed spending time piddling in his shop and tinkering with his gismos and gadgets. He had a big heart, a sweet spirit and was loved by all who met him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Artemus and Josie Jones George, and 5 siblings.

George is survived by his loving wife, Dot George; daughters, Tanya Fritz (Kenny) and Tammy Ammons (David); grandchildren, Raven Fritz, Morgan Lowery (Brady), and Mallory Landreth (Houston); great grandchildren, Bentley Ryder, Banks Lowery, and Barron Lowery; brother, Clint George; and sister, Loretta Toles.
